I started my 30 Day Challenge today with EA Sports Active on the Wii. The workout wasn't that bad, I'll see how I feel in the morning lol! It was very easy getting it set up and all my info entered. Now that everything is in there I will be able to just jump right in tomorrow. When all was said it done my biceps and thighs burned a bit and it was a 23 minuet workout instead of the 30 it said. I did go a bit faster on some excercises then expected (I kick butt in boxing ;)).
