Whew! This has been a week! I got a late start today when doing my workout so instead of it registering on 6/5 like it should have it showed up as 6/6 because I finished the workout TWO MINUTES past midnight! UGH! So my rest days will just be reversed, no biggie. Today they introduced lung jumps, talk about ouch. My legs are so sore. Even with all of the sore limbs and muscles I feel great. I can feel that my energy level is increasing and after a week on the program I have lost 3lbs. Now the pounds don't matter, I would rather loose inches than pounds but I have to say it sure feels good to see the scale go down ;).
