Day three is a rest day on the challenge but the kids and I just couldn't stay away. We had to do the fun little workout that I created yesterday to check out the different exercises. It is about a 15 minute workout but it really gets you moving. I do have to say that I am very sore from yesterday, my biceps ache as do my thighs. My arms could be from the 30 day or trying to weed my garden or a combo of the two either way they HURT! I have some exciting news that I hope to share with you all in the next day or two. I wont say what it is just yet, but it does involve FREE stuff :)!!
