Today's workout was much like day one and two combined. I have noticed that as we progress the workouts are combined, like rowing and curls. This allows for more exercises to be completed per workout, and it makes for one killer workout. My thighs are constantly complaining about how this 30 Day Challenge is kickin' their butt. They are starting to look FAB though, I can see that there are muscles there and the scale went down another pound making it 4lbs total. Gotta love that added bonus!
